How does pricing work for a house cleaning?
Pricing depends on the size of your home, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, your home’s condition, and whether it’s a recurring clean, deep clean, or a move in/move out clean. Once you complete our booking form, we’ll send you a clear, accurate quote instantly.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our clients are not home during their appointments. Just provide access instructions (garage code, door code, lockbox, or key left in a safe spot). Your home will be secured before we leave.
What’s included in a standard house cleaning?
Our standard cleaning includes:

Do you send the same cleaners each time?
We do our best to maintain consistency. If a team member is sick or unavailable, we will notify you before sending a replacement.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring all supplies and equipment required for your cleaning.

What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A deep clean includes everything in the standard cleaning plus:

What’s included in a move out clean?
Everything needed to leave the home photo-ready for buyers or renters:

Do you clean inside appliances?

Scheduling, Policies & Payments

How do cancellations work?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This helps our team keep a full schedule and arrive on time to other homes.
When is payment due?
Payment is due after the cleaning is complete. We securely store your card and charge it once the job is finished.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards. No cash or checks for safety and insurance purposes.
